I found this quote incredibly poignant. In my Script Series of paintings I am adding handwritten quotes to watercolor paintings. For this painting I used my glass dip-pen and India Ink.
The rich granulation and texture in this painting come from pigments I used which are made from ground stone Blue Apitite and Burnt Bronzite (which also gives it a bit of sparkle).
An Original 5"x 7" Watercolor painting on 140lb cold press watercolor paper.
Protected in an archival sleeve with backerboard, comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
